I’d like to think my diet was relatively healthy. However, Claudia and BareVitality showed me how to pack more of the right nutrition for specific needs into my diet which has given me more energy and better recovery. I had no idea the range of easily accessible, nutrient rich foods available and how easy it is to incorporate them into your diet. Not to mention how tasty they are!! Thanks Claudia. Your seemingly endless, in depth knowledge on health and fitness and how it should be applied to meet individual needs/goals is amazing. You’re a star!
