I love good food and I love cooking however I avoid recipes with lots of steps or that take more than 30 minutes to prepare. Most days my diet consists of healthy throw together meals and snacks, leaving the longer recipes for special occasions when I have the time and I am in the headspace for a bit of mindful cooking for the soul.
Throw together meals are my staples. Embracing the simplicity of fresh, wholesome food.
