My Choice Of Sydney’s Best Health Cafes
If you follow me on social media you would be aware that I LOVE cafes!! I am lucky enough to live in an area where I step outside my door and every second shop is a cafe. I love the cafe atmosphere, finding inspiration for blog posts in the menu and having someone else cook me wholesome food while I sit back and enjoy the quirky décor of Sydney cafes.
I often find myself rotating between my favourite local health cafes in the Inner West. So most my favourite picks are bias to the Inner West! I have also included some other great Health Cafes in Sydney I have had the pleasure of visiting.
Please share your favourite Sydney Health Cafes you believe should be on the list in the comments below.

About Life

I’m a local to the Rozelle cafe, however they are also located in Double Bay, Cammery, Bondi Junction and Surry Hills. I love that you can do your food shopping at their wholefood supermarket and then sit down for a wholefood, nutritious meal or drink. They use a great selection of superfoods and cater well for allergies and intolerances. My favourite at the moment is ordering the Turmeric Coconut Milk Latte and packing a box full from the self serve breakfast bar with paleo granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, avocado mousse + more..

The Grounds Of Alexandria

This place is like Wonderland for foodies! Its such a happy place with amazing detail in every corner of the grounds you look. Coffee to die for, freshly baked goods, smoothies/ juices, a menu of seasonally driven fresh produce following a paddock to plate philosophy. Lots of gluten free options and great for both take away and eat in. Make sure you get in early on a weekend in particular. The lines can be long.
While your there you must also roam around the grounds and check out the petting farm, coffee academy, the florist, potting shed, gardens and so much more.

One of my local favourites often enjoyed after The Bay Walk on a Sunday with friends. Blissful and cosy setting in the back courtyard with fairy lights and rustic surroundings.
“Our menu is ruled by taste, led by the seasons, governed by instinct, influenced by nutritional science and nurtured by traditional wisdom.”
I am completely in love with the Coconut Milk Dandelion Chia and Super Blat with a Poached Egg. I have this goal to make my way through their menu however I seriously struggle because I just love my usual so much!

Kafeine

Just down the road from me I often find myself grabbing a takeaway fresh juice (the hangover juice is absolutely perfection) or an Almond Milk Cocao Spiced Hot Chocolate. You walk in and you are instantly welcomed by their friendly staff who have a great memory for your usual despite the large flow of people they have coming through each day. The menu has a great selection of whole food produce to suit everyones dietary needs.
