YouTube Launch + Make Your Own Raw Cashew Milk!!


Hi Everyone,

After months & I mean months (note winter clothing in first couple of videos) of procrastinating over the launch of youtube, yesterday was the day!!!

1) Firstly because my partner is making me!! YES REALLY!!. After as I said months of avoiding it, he is blackmailing me (saying he will eat all my favourite chocolate in the cupboard ahhh!!!) if I don’t launch it today. So here I am stepping completely out of my comfort zone in the name of chocolate!

2) And secondly + probably a bit more more importantly, because I have so much to share with you that I feel can not be conveyed through posts alone. I want you to join me in your fitness clothes, your kitchen and your quite place.

With only 4 ingredients needed you can create a rich and creamy vegan raw cashew milk that is full of whole food nutrition.
Raw Cashew milk can be used in smoothies, teas, in your breakfast cereal or porridge, in baking, to make healthy custard or ice cream, made into Cocao healthy chocolate milk (I tell you how in the video below) or just on its own!
