Cocao breakfast smoothie bowl
Chocolate for breakfast, why not!! A balance of good carbs, protein and antioxidants for the perfect start to your morning.
Recipe:
1.5 cups almond milk
2 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs quinoa flakes
1 heaped tbs cocao powder
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop natural protein powder
5-10 ice cubes
Honey (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together. If the consistency is too thick, add more milk or alternately add more chia seeds and ice to thicken.
Pour into a bowl and top with cocao nibs.
Enjoy each spoonful of goodness!
