The BareVitality changes up the usual Balmain Pilates with the studio offering two variations of pilates; a mat toning and endurance class and a more traditional mat pilates.
The BareVitality studio offers small personal classes with professionally trained teachers who get to know you and tailor classes to your needs.
These classes focuses on deep toning mat work. Pilates is a good starting point to strengthen and tone up all muscle groups (even those tiny muscles that often get forgotten) + we place a large focus on core stability and strength.
In the class you work through a series of exercises, focusing on repetition and technique. A great way to build muscular strength and balance out weaker muscle groups, to avoid injuries and niggles. The exercises also work on improving flexibility and coordination. Teaches the mat toning and endurance class every Tuesday at 6:00am. She brings a fun, interactive approach to her classes.
Mat Toning and Endurance Classes are a combination of yoga and pilates techniques with fitness exercises to balance and tone the entire body.
Stef’s mission in life is to help as many people as she can realise that health isn’t determined by the number on a scale that punishing yourself at the gym is going to help you with your confidence. Teaches a more traditional mat pilates on Saturday morning at 7:30am. Bec is a local Balmain mum. She wants all her clients to do something for themselves, for Bec its pilates! When she does pilates she can focus on her body, breathing and centering the mind, which she encourages all to try. Her classes bring a mindfulness aspect to pilates making it different from usual Balmain Pilates, thinking about posture and how each movement whether big or small can have a huge effect on the way your body moves and feels.
