Apricot Cashew Bliss Balls

So why are they called bliss balls?

Full of deliciousness and wholesome nutritional goodness, Bliss Balls are a total bliss to your taste buds and health. These perfect snacks are compacted with superfoods and other highly nutritional foods and rolled into a dense ball of goodness.

These Apricot Cashew Bliss Balls are full of beta carotene, iron, calcium, vitamin C, copper, magnesium, protein, omega 3’s and fibre.

They also have no added sugar, are gluten/grain free and dairy free.

Recipe:

2 tbs tahini

2 tbs ground linseed

1 cup dates

1 cup organic dried apricots

1 cup cashews

1 tsp cinnamon or to taste

1-2 tbs oil of choice or lemon juice (I used apricot kernel oil)

Blend/ process all the ingredients together!

Roll into balls of desired size and place in the fridge. If the mixture does not stick together add more dates. If it is too moist add more linseed.

You can also roll the balls in either coconut or chia seeds before placing them in the fridge to set.

Perfectly enjoyed with a cup of tea!
