Antioxidant Packed Smoothie Bowl!
Boost yourself naturally for a glowing exterior and interior with this antioxidant Packed Smoothie Bowl!
Antioxidant Packed Smoothie Bowl:
1 cup of frozen berries of choice
1.5 cups of almond milk
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp Acai powder
1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup cocao nibs
2 medjool dates (optional for extra sweetness)
Toppings of choice!!!
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy! It the smoothie is not thick enough, blend through ice cubes.
Pour contents into a bowl! Sprinkle and drizzle with your favourite toppings. I used raw cashews, granola and cashew butter!
