Acai & banana Probiotic smoothie


Keep your tummy happy, treat and reduce illness, and assist weight loss through probiotic health.  By balancing the good bacteria in our stomachs, our body can fight against colds, flu and stomach upset as well as assisting the metabolism of fat in our bodies.

What a better way to improve our probiotic health than enjoying a delicious light and creamy antioxidant and probiotic packed smoothie.

Acai & Banana Probiotic Smoothie

Recipe:

– 1/2 banana

– 1 tbs Acai powder

– 2 heaped tbs natural yogurt

–  2/3 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)

– 1/2 cup cold filtered water

– 3 -4 ice cubes

– 1 tbs chia seeds

– Optional:  1 tsp of probiotic powder or use the content of 1 probiotic capsule

Blend all ingredients  together. Serve and enjoy in a relaxed state so you can effectively absorb the goodness!
